Jobs Function: Supervisor
1. Greeting and service customers.
2. Handle of customer request including sales, billing/service problem resolution, bill payment and
Technical troubleshooting.
3. Handle day to day operations including shop duties, opening & closing stock, and inventory
Stock take.
4. To ensure sufficient stock to Achieved target sale.
5. Prepare & update stock inventory, do closing & daily opening of outlet;
6. To make sure daily & monthly sale & inventory updated.
7. To make weekly stock replenishment & promotion activity.
8. Handle Staff concerns, plan for promoter duty roster.
9. Motivate & educate promoter performance.
10. Assisting in training of Sales and supervisor staff.
11. To make sure stock & display arrangement up to company Concept
12. To make sure operation according to company standard SOP;
13. Responsible for cash sales bank in to Company Bank daily except Sunday
Or public which have to bank in on next working day,
14. Ensure license is applied and yearly renewed and permit are prepared during any renovation or work done at the Shop, include Event
14. Do live streaming Social Media ( On digital )
The above describes your general job duties, however you are required to assist the Company in others works as may be occasionally requested by Company.
