Job Responsibility

• Responsibility dealing on customer inquiries and complain
• Take a lead role on customer service & product display
• Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service
• Assisting in all aspects of outlet, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers
• Passionate in promoting and selling company product
• Educate customer on company product
• Arranging company product to maximize customer exposure
• Ensure stock level is sufficient and stock ordering
• Feedback to management about customer feedback
• Working Hour
  • Shift 1: 9.45am to 7.00pm
  • Shift 2 : 12.15pm to 10.00pm
  • Shift Fullday : 9.45am to 10.00pm (2 Break time)

Job Requirements

• Location at The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey Johor Bahru
• Multiple positions available for Klang Valley and Penang
• Young, vibrant and outgoing candidates
• Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English
• No working experience needed as training will be provided
• Able to work on retail hours and public holidays
• Mandarin speakers are highly preferred
