Job ResponsibilityJob overview:
To assist pharmacist and to attend customers need on dispensing and retails activities.
Key responsibilities:
?Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards.
?Respond to face to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public, patients, their representatives and a wide range of staff groups
?Help in maintaining reasonable dispensary stock levels
?Ensure stock visibility and products display.
?Receive, load and unload incoming goods from suppliers
?Recommending suitable health supplements and other products according to individual needs.
?Assist customers on all products available in the outlet
?Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with all customers.
?Maintain good communication and working relationship with all staff within the store, and with the Head Office
Job Requirement:
?Candidate should possess Diploma in Pharmacy/ Medical Science, minimum SPM and above
?Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
?Sales and service oriented.
?Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network effectively and establish effective working relationships
?Able to demonstrate effective time management skills while working independently with minimal supervision and supervising others
?Practical knowledge of computers and software
?Willing to work on weekend/ public holidays and perform shift duties
?Enthusiasm to work in pharmacy, capable to be teamwork member, responsible and discipline candidate preferred
