Liaising with shopping malls and vendors, sourcing works, event preparation, planning, setup/dismantle, execution/supervision.
Traveling (interstate / East Malaysia) is required depending on project requirements.
To come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success.
To prepare event budget, get approval from management and ensure adherence.
Identify potential problems and take preventative action to ensure events and functions proceed as planned successfully.
Coordinate event planning meetings across relevant teams and ensure follow-up action are taken accordingly.
Prepare artwork brief for all roadshows materials.
Propose exclusive promotions for roadshows.
Manage stock & props arrangement for roadshows.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing.
Willing to travel.
Manage to work under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
