Position: Retail Consultant - Full Time
Location:
KL : Mid Valley, KLCC, Sogo, Bangsar & Pavilion II (Bukit Jalil)
JB : Aeon Tebrau & Southkey Mid Valley
Selangor : Bandar Utama, Sunway Pyramid & Setia City Mall
Sarawak : The Spring Kuching
Job Responsibilities:
o Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales target.
o Beauty savvy and customer service oriented.
o Provide luxury customer service levels to all customers.
o Well-versed in product knowledge.
o Ensure stocks are replenished on need-to-basis and adhere to stock replenishment procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
o Minimum SPM Level or equivalent.
o Minimum 1 years in any retail field
o Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
o With strong sense of responsibility & pro-activity.
o Open Gender & Open Race (Malaysian ONLY)
o Able to speak in English & Bahasa
Remuneration package:
o Basic RM 1,500.00 - RM 1,800.00
o Grooming Allowance RM 100.00
o 15% Employer EPF Contribution
o Product Claim (RM 4800/annum)
o Staff Purchase - 50%
o OT Applicable
o Commission Average (RM 1,500.00 - RM 3,500.00/month)
o 6 days' work with 1 day OFF
o 7 hours work and 1 hour break
