Job Responsibility- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Executive
- Suggest sales training programs and techniques
- Assist the Branch Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Assist the Branch Manager to address customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships.
- Assist the Branch Manager to ensure outlet's inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.
- Assist the Branch Manager to analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning
- Assist the Branch Manager to organize and oversee the schedules and work of staff.
- Assist the Branch Manager to conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Assist the Branch Manager to make sure all sales staff adhere to Company's policies and guidelines
- Keep Section Head and Operation Manager informed on any customer problems/opportunities timely
Job Requirements- Candidate that able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia are welcome to apply. Mandarin will be preferable.
- At least have 3 years relevant working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Works well under pressure and deadlines
- Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Thorough understanding of company policies and practices
