Job Responsibility

• Welcome and greet walk in customers/guests.
• Handle inquiries and attend to customer's needs.
• Keep the store and counter is clean and tidy.
• Administer cash registers and make sure all sales transactions captured are accurate.
• Well equipped with knowledge of the brand, designers, and services to provide accurate answers to customers' questions.
• Assist with inventory count and placement of new products, including new in-store or window displays.
• Reports to the Business Team.
• Perform Ad Hoc tasks when required.

Job Requirements

• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
• Part Timer are welcomed to apply, RM 8 Per Hours
• Candidate possess at least SPM.
• Able to work on 6-day work weeks. This role is shift based.
• Willing to be based at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya or The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley and relocate between both malls when required.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to learn new things quickly and adapt to new procedures and processes.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Candidates with retail experience will be prioritized.
