Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION
o Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as
required
o Dealing with email, phone, message enquiries
o Handling front desk duties
o Arranging daily court booking and customer enquiries
o Data entry (daily sales, badminton court booking, and badminton
training related, letters)
o Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
o To handle accounts bookkeeping.
o To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification & follow up.
o Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare
invoice, payment voucher, receipts, bank cheque, letter offer, consent letter)
o Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
o General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or
assignments.
o Monitor stock check and update latest stock count.
o Provide administrative support for operations team such as hall cleanliness, maintenance of hall etc
. Runners for administrative works (2-3 times a month)
. preferable own self vehicles can drive
