What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
o Provide excellent customer experience via all relevant communication channels.
o Identify and analyze customers' issues and provide strategic solutions to resolve their needs.
o Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance with our service standards.
o Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
o Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
o Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
o Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?
o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
o Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably someone who has worked in a Fintech industry in specific markets e.g. MENA regions, IPBS regions, China, Thailand, Japan
o Minimum 3 year of experience in Account Management in specific markets (stated above) as this position requires new market expansion, hence someone with good cultural familiarity is highly preferred.
o Ability to converse in the specific markets' native language is a big plus.
o Good level of understanding on the specific markets' insights and knowledge. Existing clientele within the above specified market is highly preferred.
o Minimum 1-year experience using CRM, ideally Salesforce management of Premier or High Value Key accounts)
o Have excellent organizational and administrative skills (including attention to detail)
o Have good presentation/training skills (for sharing standards with colleagues and team-members)
o Has intermediate skill in using MS Office application (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
o Track record of achieving and exceeding targets
o Have good interpersonal and team-working skills, allowing them to engage positively with all members of their team and provide leadership and support, where required
o Goal oriented and innovative
o Be professional and cooperative, to ensure an effective working partnership with Stakeholders, subject specialists and staff
