Job Responsibility

• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
• Expediting customers' orders as needed and maintaining good relationship with customers
• To ensure personal hygiene, restaurant hygiene and safety standards are kept at all times
• Receiving and processing customer payments
• Inspecting the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• At least one year experience in related field
• Possess good leadership and communication skills
• Able to work in a team setting
• Able to handle pork / non-halal food
• Proficient in Mandarin & English (Verbal)
