Job Description
Job Responsibility
Daily operations in catering for events including setting up / clearing out, table dressing, serving food and beverages, taking and serving orders, table clearing, event replenishments etc. according to Event Sheets
Assists in the day to day planning of event set up services within the Centre according to Event Sheet details, including setting up/clearing out, last minute event sheet changes etc..
Job Requirements
Knowledge and understanding of the departmental procedures and standards related to catering services.
Knowledge and understanding of the serving and dining requirements including serving order and sequence, kiosk order taking, manners of dining, food presentation (Service ? la russe, ? la fran?aise) etc.
Knowledge and understanding related to serving food and beverage for events including table dressing, napkin folding, handling of cutlery, crockery and use of glassware, plate clearing and carrying techniques etc.
