Job Responsibility- Provide the accounting department with detailed product specifications for item used in the outlet
- To maintain strong, professional relationship with the relevant
- Responsibility in changes in the food and beverages such as price and menu as dictated by top management
- Manage and ensure proper operation of property restaurant
- Assist in hiring staff with the assistance of the management team and HR
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels, in term of quality, value variety and timeliness
- Maintain high level of sanitation as prescribed by local health department and company standard
