Job Description
Job Responsibility
Dealing directly with clients to promote the company's products and services via phone and emails in order to build and maintain relationships with customers
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries correctly
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
Recording detailed and accurate records and updating of all communication with clients
Identifying customer needs and helping customers to use specific features
Assisting new and existing clients.
Monitoring customer complaints and reaching out to provide assistance to customers
Updating customers about new products and features
To assist clients with queries regarding services
Assist with the on-boarding and conversion of leads to active clients
Reactivate old clients
Achieving key performance indicators (targets)
Job Requirements
Candidates must posses a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Finance / Accounting / Management / Banking / Economic / Business
Experience in telephone sales of financial products is a distinct advantage
Fluent in verbal and written English is a must, other languages are an advantage
Excellent communication and written skills as well as attention to detail
To build and maintain long term and profitable relationships by providing quality and professional customer service
Decisiveness and strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent problem-solving skills and target-oriented.
Honesty, accuracy, reliability.
Ability to work Independently, self-motivated, resourceful, result oriented & team player
Attend to queries and questions from the client's end.
Good stress tolerance and self-management skills.
Patience when handling different clients.
Computer literate.
Preferred those who are fluent in Bahasa & English (Third language will be an advantage)
