Job Responsibility- Conceptual & Creative development and production including posters, flyers, buntings etc - this involves designing, writing, proof-reading and liaising with members from other departments.
- Responsible to create and develop of product catalogue, brochure, label packaging and etc
- Develop viral social media content with creative image designs to achieve high social media presence and conversion.
- Able to contribute creative ideas for creating viral social media ad posts via high quality image designs and good copywriting skills in order to increase website conversion.
- To prepare visuals and images for the E-Commerce department and company's social media platforms from time to time.
- Collaborate with photographer/ videographer to edit and improvise raw images and videos with captions and necessary visual elements to IT marketing campaign objectives.
- Design website content on website through high resolution images/ videos
- Edit images and short videos & GIFs to be uploaded on the company website.
- Improve and handle website layout, always maintaining a professional look.
- Improve website speed
- Familiar with social media posts, aspect ratio and sizes. (High Quality)
- To provide visual updates to the website management.
- To create corporate brand identity in all printed materials.
- To design infographic product steps to use.
- To design infographics for chat templates.
- Update & design marketplace store decoration
- In charge of listing, maintain and edit product information on every online platform
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
- Think creatively and develop new design concept, graphic and layout
- To assist the Department to organise and coordinate promotional activities and branding events.
- To assist in product shooting and contribute creative ideas in making viral content.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to understand requirements & execute assigned design projects from concept to production

Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Commerce, Graphic Design or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate should able converse in Mandarin and English.
- Able to work independently and be a team player with problem solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Proficient in using various graphic design software eg. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- UI/UX and coding knowledge will be an added advantage.
