Job ResponsibilityResponsible for daily production target achievement of allocated area.
Ensure production quality and safety standards are comply.
Direct, control, and motivate production staff in all aspects affecting work performance.
Provide production records and other performance indices to the QA.
Ensure subordinates comply with the required procedures and instructions.
Liaise with QA on quality problems and take the necessary countermeasures to prevent recurrences.
To report process malfunction to the Manager and liaise with the Maintenance and Engineering to resolve the problem.
To liaise with material / Production Planning, Personnel & Administration, and concerned department to ensure production goals are realized.
To undertake other duties assigned or directed by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Min. SPM or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Possess good interpersonal and supervisory skills.
