Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible for cooperation network station management
Responsible for new station development & existing station improvement
Responsible for station normally work management include operational planning, training supervision, promotion and guidance of large projects, assessment and elimination, etc.
Responsible for control the station operation status, regularly diagnose the station operation status and provide improvement measures and solve the abnormalities in the implementation process in a timely
Responsible for station standardisation construction, policy promotion, cost control, etc.
Responsible for station customer satisfaction, make sure stations achieve KPI;
Job Requirements
Diploma and above in any field
Fluent in Mandarin as the role require to communicate with HQ China
Strong independent work ability and public relations ability; Strong data analysis logic ability;
Experience in chain, channel, franchisee Management experience or related working experience is preferred;
Able to work 6 days (Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 18:00)
Require own transport (visit the franchise)
