Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities
-Deliver high development work that complies with the standards by the company and fulfills the requirements outlined.
-Engaging work requirement data analysis, knowledge with ERP, and hosting based on business required.
-Meet the targets and deadlines as per the project schedule.
-Proactively seek clarification for support and advice to customers and team.
-Provide documentation that meets the requirement for systems documentation & maintenance purposes.
-Provide systems and end-user documentation that is accurate, complete, and conforms to the standards set.
-Participate in ad-hoc tasks based on workload, targets, and deadlines imposed on the team.
-Design for the website, user experience, system information, user interface, and others related to the system to satisfy the business requirements of projects.
-To meet business needs, offer technical advice for creating new systems or improving existing ones.
-Complete other ad hoc duties as requested.
Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Vast work-related experience in software development
-Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team.
-Passionate for software development and an eagerness to learn.
-Good command and knowledge of Basic software.
-Possess good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
-Familiar with the layered application framework.

Nice to have
-Experience in unit testing, continuous integration, and building management.
-Experience in development teams following SCRUM, XP, or KANBAN methodologies.
-Background in financial services applications with experience in a high transaction volume environment.
-Frontend or Backend development experience or both.
