Job Responsibility? To assist the Head of QAQC in ensuring the full implementation of company's ISO quality management system.
? To plan, coordinate and writing minutes of management review meeting.
? To ensure compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements.
? To ensure smooth coordination of internal audits and external audit by third party auditors.
? To follow up on the corrective action that need to be completed by the respective department.
? To manage and control the issuance and distribution of documented information and to initiate changes to be made to the quality management system (e.g quality manual, procedures, process flow, work instruction, records, etc)
? Record keeping of all documented information.
? Any other relevant duties assigned by the HOD and/or Top Management as and when required.
