Restaurant Crew
Service Department:
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Deliver top quality customer service and assistance.
- Input orders into the POS and process payments accordingly.
- Maintain clean and organised work and dining areas.
- Serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
- Handle customer's concerns and complaints professionally to resolve problems according to restaurant's policy.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages as per orders.
- Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations.
- Able to follow instructions given by Lead / Supervisor.
Kitchen Department:
- Maintain clean and organised work areas.
- Prepare ingredients and food items as per company's SOP.
- Work efficiently to prepare customer's orders in a timely manner and to the quality standards set by company.
- Storing ingredients according to food safety regulations.
- Assist in monitoring of inventory.
- Cleaning kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, surfaces and other cooking equipment periodically.
- Able to follow instructions given by Lead / Supervisor.
Job Requirements- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Candidate that don't have any relevant working experience also welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Candidate should be able to communicate with simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to perform tasks according to company's SOP and standards.
- Punctual and discipline.
- Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer oriented.
- Passionate in food preparation and serving and high interest to make a great dining experience.
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays.
