- Highly passionate in FnB.

- At least 3-5 years of experience.
- Has good knowledge about Seafood.
- Has good knowledge about kitchen operation.
- Exhibit good leadership abilities.
- Fast learner and willing to teach.
- Open minded and able to accept second opinion.
- Positive attitude and able to take up challenging tasks.
