Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities:
1. Develop food product formulation.
2. Conduct necessary evaluation for new and existing product sample or when it is necessary.
3. Applied research into aspects of food processing, food preservation, food quality, food
deterioration, packaging and storage.
4. Coordinate trial run with relevant departments and conduct process validation of new
formulation.
5. Maintain proper filing and documentation system.
6. Monitor and coordinate all activities related to new/existing products development.
7. Carry out the product testing and analysis as per requirement & SOP.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Microbiology.
2. Candidates with 1 year related experience in Manufacturing Industry/Food Industry is an
added advantage.
3. Strong knowledge in food supplement market trends.
4. Able to troubleshoot product quality issues and investigate trade complaints.
5. Knowledge in HACCP, GMP, NPRA and other food-related regulations will be an advantage.
6. Effective communication and self-motivated.
7. Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
