Job Responsibility Perform estimation for residential renovation projects
Negotiating with contractors and suppliers
Communicating with staff at every level, in a calm, personable way
Regular update to client, using the best PR and communication skills
Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for suppliers/subcontractors.
Knows how to communicate wisely to suppliers and handle them to achieve matters.
Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
Able to manage several projects at the same time
Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction, renovation experience is a must
Working in an office or on a construction site.
Must have ability to manage up to a 6 man crew and directing a multi-disciplinary team
Must be capable to perform high volume and variety of tasks required throughout the day
Ability to put together and track supply take-offs
Submit weekly progress reports on jobs to upper management
Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
Ensure project is delivered to client's utmost satisfaction.
Reporting regularly on progress to the client, upper management and stakeholders
