Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Able to perform any clinical procedure and assisting doctor from time to time
- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
- Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
- Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
Job RequirementsRegistered Nurse Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Nursing
- Passed Nursing Board Malaysia Examination (LJM)
- Valid APC 2022/2023 or RON
- Having any post basic certification will be added as advantage
- Ability to work into shift pattern (Morning,Afternoon,Night)
- Basic computer skills.
- Professional, friendly attitude.
- Fresh Graduate Nurse while waiting for LJM exam are also welcomed to apply
