Job ResponsibilityTo be responsible for all scheduled follow-up i.e customer service, VDR request, extension of PLKS, local transfer cases, green card cases being made in accordance to the Company requirement;
To check and evaluate, monitor and update all request received (postal, walk-in) are in accordance to the Company requirement;
To organize and distribute the request received i.e VDR, extension of PLKS, local transfer request, supplier agreement and green card in timely and accurate manner to all Unit Members thus ensuring the wok is organize and distribute evenly;
Providing information related to the customer service, VDR, extension of PLKS, local transfer cases and green cards responding to general enquiries;
To ensure all necessary documentation are complete with regret to the request received from contractors and to make follow-up should the required documentation is not received together with the application submitted;
To assist on dealing with enforcement cases;
To assist on checking on worker accommodation 446 Act;
To assist on interview of foreign worker.
