Job Responsibility

• Recruit part-timers to achieve the team KPI ( online or offline )
• Need to have own team to achieve the team KPI
• Supervise & monitor own team during trainings, conduct a training classes to new recruiters.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• At least 2-year experience in project management, recruitment, market research industry
• Supervising skills and good leadership character.
• Well-communicated in English, BM. Mandarin speaker is an advantage
• Have own recruiters or teams to speed up the recruitment process
• Able to work under stress & timeline
• Able to use Excel  (vlookup, pivot table) , some basic skill for computer skills
• Good in Details & tracking skills
• 3 months contract performance basis (probation)
• Need to have Own Transport & Laptop
