Job Responsibility

• Recruiting talents
• Manage all recruitment matters such as preparing JD & designing poster (photoshop)
• Managing social media account for posting (LinkedIn, FB, other job site)
• Interview candidate
• Internal employee salary calculation
• Manage new staff on-board procedure
• Update HR policy document
• Manage company duty roster & off-day
• Plan employees' training schedule
• Employees' appraisal form
• Other admin work

Job Requirements

• Minimum degree graduate from an established university in Business, HR or other related discipline
• MUST be good in English & Mandarin
• Minimum 6 years working experience
• Experience working in recruitment agency is a plus
• Good in verbal communication & listening skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (excel) is a MUST
• Familiarity with HR software is a plus
