Job Description

Job Responsibility

Recruitment (80%):

  • Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment Process - Active role, implementation, action, reporting and management and overall general input into the process by way of placing and designing ads
  • Monitoring and posting of Job advertisements
  • Producing and updating Recruitment reports to Managing Directors and Managers
  • Assist in increasing retention of Sales Team


Administration (20%):

  • To fulfil daily duties as instructed by Management
  • Manage day-to-day Administration duties
  • Organize office events and outings
  • Be a source of continuous support for the growth of the business
  • Providing support to the Sales team

Job Requirements
  • Experienced candidates / Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to speak Mandarin, Kandazan or Dusun will be advantage
  • Must be highly organized and has great time management skills
  • Creative, can-do attitude and energetic
  • Able to multi-task, proactive and a problem solver
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office
  • Having experience in Recruitment is a plus
