Job Responsibility
Manage the registration of the company real estate agents.
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls or company official numbers.
Welcoming guests and providing relevant information or instructions.
Serve complaints from customers or transfer the issue with relevant employees.
Manage documentation and files related to the receptionist and perform moderate administrative activities.
Manage incoming or outgoing mail or postage.
