Job ResponsibilityQualification to include but not exclusive to :
o Certificate/SPM and experience in manufacturing for five (5) years or
o Min. diploma holder in any relevant field.
Experiences
o One (1) year experience in supply chain management.
The incumbent responsibilities are as outline below, but not limited;
o To perform goods receipt process for all incoming shipment (production or non-production) such as Honeycomb core, Chemicals, Prepreg, Ancillary, Metallic parts, AGS, BOF & etc.
o To ensure the goods receipt in good condition & report to related section if there is any abnormality.
o To ensure all goods receipt activities runs as per Department and Company Procedures and Policies.
o Carry out any other instructions or duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate Superior and Head of Department.
o Support department staff in general works eg. Photocopy faxing, typing, mails, etc of the documents and letters as and when instructed.
o Coordinating with section clerk in preparing and submission of monthly claims - expenses, call back, overtime, leave application, etc.
o Liaising with respective department on office general requirements, eg. Service request for repairs, installation, etc.
o Support meeting coordination & arrangement, if any.
o Support department staff for visitors visit arrangement eg. Escort visitors to staff members offices (where requested), along provide with hospitality service arrangements as requested.
o Participate in continuous improvement plan conduct in the Dept.
