Job Description
Job Responsibility Requirements: o Have working experience as Data Engineer in the Mud Logging industry minimum 3 years o Successfully complete minimum of undergraduate degree in Engineering, Geology, Science or related discipline from a recognized University o A good knowledge of conversational English o Willing to be assigned in remote area: onshore or offshore
Job Description: o to ensure the successful delivery of the mud logging hydrocarbon measurement and analysis service To carry out monitoring tasks in a safe, timely and accurate manner in order to assist in the efficient completion of exploration and development wells for oil and gas. o Accurately monitors and computes hydrocarbon data for interpretation and for quantitative & qualitative real time services using mud logging data o He / She supports the client during the whole project from pre job analysis to help establish the objectives for the exploitation of hydrocarbons and then throughout the delivery of the service to end of job analysis by performing an analysis of events during the project execution and provides a post well summary analysis o Formulates formation evaluation and hydrocarbon project objectives with client's Reservoir Engineers and Subsurface Geoscientists and supports them for the duration of the project o Collaborates with NPD subject matter experts for case study reviews and with client representatives in case of publication of papers or articles on new findings o required to provide evaluation of formation and fluid gas signatures to assist the client in real-time decision making by collating gas data with LWD, SLS and WLL data. o Ensure proper functionality of Equipment and check calibrations on a regular basis. o Ensuring that the quality of services supplied conform to Client and EXLOG specifications and HS&E standards. o Provide end of well analysis and support for basic operations based on client request as well as advanced operations. o Provide interpretive and analytical assistance to the Geologist, Company Representative and Drilling Supervisor o Responsible for the overseeing of geological/gas analysis within your regional control and provide guidance to onsite engineers where appropriate. o Manage the hydrocarbon well database and ensure the quality and integrity of the well data annotating digital logs and records clearly and correctly and ensure confidentiality of any 'tight hole' requirements
