Job Responsibility
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
Job Requirements- Candidate with a minimum of SPM level qualification
- No experience required. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to speak fluently in Mandarin is a must, Proficient English (Spoken & Written)
- Applicant must be willing to work on Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift): (Schedule will be given weekly/monthly) (Earliest shift 7am - 4pm; Latest shift 2pm - 11pm)
- Have no issue to be based at Ara Damansara (PJ) Office (Reachable by Ara Damansara LRT station, 10 mins walking distance)
- Preferably to possess own transport
- Able to join in November intake 2022
Job Benifits- RM 2,000 Basic + RM 800 Mandarin Allowance (Fixed) + KPI Allowance Max RM 500 + Night Shift Allowance Max RM 400 + OT Claim (subject to availability) (All-in salary RM 3,200 - RM 3,700/month)
