Job ResponsibilityRequirements:
Proven experience in sales; experience as a property admin/ property management , familiar with coordination in property leasing (rental procedure) or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus (at least 3-4 years of experience)
Good computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
A team player with high level of dedication

Responsibilities:
Coordinate show unit appointment activities by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information and up-to-date support material.
Assign viewing appointments to appropriate team, track status & viewing progress, ensure schedules & productivity are handled efficiently.
Inputting property enquiries & appointments into schedules, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Schedule timely viewing scheduling and ensuring all parties are kept informed
Be the primary customer & staff contact person, and liaison officer for all the service work bookings
Handling all enquiries and orders by phone, email, and checking the service bookings with correct appointment details, time, address, material/ file building permission if needed
Prepare tenancy agreements, process refunds & renewal of contracts, liaise closely with owners and tenants on the availability of units.
Follow up on any property booking/ deposit made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost and schedule best suited for them. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Maintain sales records, produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
