Job ResponsibilityTo monitor and control the in-coming/ out-going of trims and accessories to and from the Raw Material stores by liaising with relevant internal and external parties in order to fulfil Cutting and Production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the issuing, receiving and counting process of the RM stores whilst, coordinating with Planning and Sourcing Teams in a timely manner in order to facilitate an uninterrupted production process.
Follow up on the timely process of incoming/ out-going trims and accessories whilst, recording same on the system.
Overlook the 'Goods Received Note' (GRN) process for all RM received, ensure that the relevant information and updates are fed into the SQL system.
Ensure 100% system accuracy by checking the physical stocks against the recorded stocks and conducting Cycle counting.
Regular inspection of fall protection measures, good material handling practices, working condition of lifting devices to ensure safe workplace setting.
Ensure that the environment, safety and health standards of the organization are adhered to whilst actively contributing towards promoting a culture of safety and environmental consciousness within and outside of the organization.
