Job Responsibility

• Develop food product formulation
• Conduct necessary evaluation for new and existing product sample or when IT is necessary
• Applied research into aspects of food processing, food preservation, food quality, food deterioration, packaging and storage

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Microbiology.
• Candidates with 1 year related experience in Manufacturing Industry/Food Industry is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge in food supplement market trends.
• Able to troubleshoot product quality issues and investigate trade complaints.
• Knowledge in HACCP, GMP, NPRA and other food-related regulations will be an advantage.
• Effective communication and self-motivated
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jitra, Kedah.
