Job ResponsibilityJOB SCOPE:
? Executive new product development, product quality improvement.
? Document manufacturing protocols and standards.
? Work with cross functional teams and departments to deliver technical product solutions
? Manage multiple R&D projects.
? Responsible for devising new processes, or refining existing ones, to optimize the manufacturing process.
? Developing formula, specifications and label declarations, and ensuring compliance with the finished product specifications.
? Planning, carrying out and supervising process trials in laboratory and factory.
? Implementing process controls and devising test methods to assess the production process
? Initiating and generating ideas based on reading and research.
? Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Candidate must possess at least Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Nutrition or equivalent.
2) Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia,
3) Required Skill(s): computer literacy, presentation and good interpersonal skill
4) At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field.
5) Self-motivated and able to work independently
