Job Description
1. Able to calculate cost of construction for project tendering (Pre-contract) based on tender drawings and documents.
2. Attend tender interviews and assist the Management in tender presentations
3. Knowledge to prepare technical contract and able to read up tender specifications and drawings
4. Knowledge in claims preparation and final claims to Architects/ Clients preparation and final payments
5. Knowledge to evaluate and recommend regularly sub-contractors interim and final claims
6. Administor and coordinate side orders of materials, machinery and any other suppliers
7. Perform quantity take off as and when required
