Job Responsibility* To assist the immediate superior in contracts administration
* Prepare tender information and tender schedule
* Liasing the the Client/Consultant for the tender documentation
* Assist in organising tender kickoff meeting
* Uploading of the tender documents/information to Sharepoint
* Checking of tender documents for completeness
* Assist to ensure tender exercise comply to company procedures.
* Prepare and coordinate clarifications, tender addendums, tender submittal, post-submittal
clarifications, etc
* To do material takeoff from drawings and BQ costing
* To liaise and obtain vendor and specialist quotations
* To assist in the preparation of the tender BQ, submittals and proposals
* To assist and/or coordinate the tender documents submittals
* To maintain tender/project cost confidentiality at all times
