Job Responsibilitya. Achieves Quality Assurance operational objectives by monitoring and assigning day-to-day
activities, identifying and addressing gaps and problems; completing audits; implementing
change and providing regular feedback to the superior regarding system performance and
issues.
b. Assist in QA Engineer in internal or external root cause analysis, customer audit
preparation, line support and statistical process controls monitoring.
c. Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing
information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective
actions, and re-validations.
d. Assist for customer returned samples, conduct root cause and failure analysis investigation
on all customer returns and take corrective action to prevent problems from recurring.
