Manage whole operations in Quality Department.
Plan and implement Quality Assurance system.
Select qualified vendors based on supplier audit.
Continuously monitor and control the quality of supplied products.
Dispose non-conformity products through MRB process.
Ensure inspection status are properly identified.
Ensure non-conforming status are adequately controlled and cause of non-conforming is investigated thoroughly and corrective action need to be taken.
Manage both the Internal Quality Complaint and Customer Quality Complaints, analyse and take corrective action.
Gauge the quality performance and continuously initiate ideas for continuous improvement.
Manage the customer's feedback, communicate with relevant internal department.
Liaise with the customer feedback and ensure correction are done and feedback to customer accordingly.
Conduct training need analysis for employee and propose required training to ensure employees performance meet company's requirements.
Conduct yearly performance appraisal for all employees.
Handling on employee's grievance.
Perform ad hoc assignment assigned by the Management.
