Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities: -
- To implement and ensure all QC process flow are well maintain and effective.
- Conduct QC inspection for incoming materials, work in process and finished goods in accordance with product specifications.
- In-Charge of any QC buy off processes in production line.
- Ensure all materials and finished goods are subject to satisfactory quality control.
- Regular checking of QC reports prior submit for review.
- To provide Certificate of Conformance (COC) upon request by customer
- Customer liaison on matters pertaining to quality
- Investigate and report quality issues and customer complaints.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive measurement to ensure the quality of products.
- Responsible on maintaining all QC jig and fixtures, ensure calibrated and in good condition.
- Perform laboratory testing.
- To ensure and assist all Document Controller's responsibilities
- To assist Management Representative in ensuring that process needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with all International Standard applicable to organization.
- Other tasks assigned by superior or management to support the QA department
Requirements:-
- Possess at least a minimum of SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in Engineering-Chemical or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Significant problem solving skills.
- Ability to work towards strict deadlines.
