Job Responsibility1. Responsible for the smooth running of daily operation of the production flow
2. To monitor & conduct daily QC testing/ inspection
3. Ensure production personnel adhere to the code of hygiene and GMP during product handling
4. Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and hygienic processing plant.
5. Daily reporting to QC Supervisor/QC Executive for daily QC online record
6. Assist in monitoring pest control inspection
7. Responsible to check & ensure the quality of raw material, in-process product & finished goods
8. To conduct and ensure quality testing, inspection and recording of incoming raw materials/goods / packaging inspection
9. To undertake other responsibilities as and when assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
o SPM/Diploma Food Science / Halal or Other Related Field
o 2 years of applicable food industry experience and able to demonstrate leadership capabilities in the supervision of workers.
o Punctual, aggressive, responsible, willing to learn and always keen on challenges
o Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HACCP & GMP procedures.
o Demonstrate basic computer skills
o Demonstrate physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
o Applicant must be in good health and physically able to perform all phases of the work.
o Applicant must be able to read, write and speak Bahasa Malay and English language in order to comprehend instructions on the job.
o Able to work long hours (if OT is required)
o Possess own transportation
