Job ResponsibilityJob description:
1. Assist in production process validation and verification system to ensure every step of the
processing line fulfilling food safety and quality requirement.
2. Ensuring quality tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.
3. Check and review that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and
procedures which complying with legal & customer requirements.
4. Assist QAQC Executive in customer complaints and other non-conformance relating to
service quality and Food Safety.
5. To assist in implementation and complying with Food Safety requirement, including
Mesti,GMP,HACCP and Halal.
Job Requirements:
1. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply (at least Diploma in Food Science @ Food
Technology).
2. Willing to learn.
3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision -Good in handling lab equipment (e.g
refractometer, pH meter).
4. Well discipline anda able to cope with strict instruction.
5. Good in microsoft Excel,Words.
6. Firm and able to communicate with staff -Having strong analytical knowledge and able to
solve problem.
