Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible to carry out sampling, quality inspection & quality monitoring during in process.
Responsible to perform Incoming Quality Checking for those incoming materials received.
Ensure finished goods are meeting customer's requirements during in-process checks.
Quarantine out of specification finished goods for further investigation.
Ensure and responsible all rework products are inspected, before mixing with the batch or lot.
Responsible to ensure all quality inspection status is correctly recorded and in compliance with Inspection Tolerance.
Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production manager.
Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
Job Requirements
Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer specifications.
Perform various test and quality checks, physical and visual inspection of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies and finish goods as per In process, In coming, Out going Check sheet.
Initiate Daily Rejection Report and scarp processing.
Perform first piece production setup inspection to support the component qualification process.
Involve in kaizen / small group activities.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by superior.
Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures 5S's
Comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations.
Minimum SPM with grade Pass on Mathematics & Science subjects.
Able to work independently and teamwork with other staff.
Able to use basic metrology instruments such as caliper, steel ruler and tapper gage.
Able to work overtime when required
Have a valid driving license at least B2.
