Job Responsibilityo Audit and review quality assurance documentation.
o Compile data from various sources including packing slips and quality inspectors.
o Aid in the development, documentation and/or refinement of processes and procedures.
o Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and monitor invoices.
o Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports.
o Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification.
o Responsible for the gathering, summarizing and analysis of data for effective management reviews of KPI's including recommendations for continuous improvement areas, projects and resource focus.
o Operate as a liaison to the Quality Supervisor, employees, vendors, and other relevant 3rd parties.
o Other duties as assigned.
