Job ResponsibilityManage the overall project internal and external audit plan on a quarterly basis.
Audits schedule development to be construction schedule and activity risk based.
Previous audit results will also be considered when developing the schedules.
Prepare and execute subcontractor pre-qualification audit schedule for new contractors identified for whale project.
Prepare readiness audit schedule for prequalified subcontractors and execute.
Prepare in process audit schedule for prequalified subcontractors and execute.
Prepare audit report and submit to client for review & endorsement.
Issue NCR, Observation and Opportunity for improvement based on audit results.
Maintain and track NCR, Observation and Opportunity open and close status.
Minimum 5 year of experience in relevant field.
