Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsibilities:-
o Involve in planning, directing, coordinating and supervising the operations of Quality Assurance department.
o Develop, implement and improve quality management system and plans to ensure that the company's products are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations.
o Ensure incoming materials, in-process and all finished products meet specified requirements.
o To ensure of constant quality of vendor-supplied materials such as chemicals must comply with company's quality requirement and maintaining the material quality records.
o Responsible to maintain lab equipment and inspection tools are been calibrated before used and all in good conditions.
o Responsible to prepare lab result report and others quality control report/documentation.
o Ensure that customer complaints are investigated and resolved with the necessary corrective and preventive actions. Always aim for zero defect and zero complaint.
o Serve as Quality Management Representative for the company with respect to ISO 9001 & UKAS requirement.
o Monitor and review quality performance against company's set objectives and take necessary action to advise process owners to strive for improvements.
o Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation.
o Establish clearly defined quality standards and methods for process owners to apply.
o Co-operative work-team relations with internal customers such as Production, Planning, Logistics & Sales.
o Foster innovation culture and improve work flow among subordinates.
o Take full responsibility on warehouse's 5S, continual improvement of company's quality management system and approved procedures implementation.
o As company's Management representative
o To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior/management from time to time.
Requirements:-
o Academy
? Possess minimum diploma, advanced/higher, bachelor's degree or professional degree in relevant field
o Experience
? Possess 3-5 years working experience in in quality assurance management/function
o Skill
? Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Computer literate.
? Possess ISO & UKAS and lab procedures knowledge and able to prepare Quality Control report.
? Competence in quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
? Able to work independently with minimum or no supervision.
? Work effectively and efficiently in highly collaborative team environment.
? Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability. Able to get on with others and be a team-player.
? Personality: People oriented, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with colleagues. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Good communication skill, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Willing to participate in company activities/events.
