Job ResponsibilityJob Requirement:-
1. Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/SPM or equivalent
2. At least 2 - 3 years' working experience in related field, preferably in a cGMP environment. (Fresh graduate for entry level)
3. Knowledge in process control, products quality, regulatory and standards requirements and customers' expectations.
4. Skill in conducting audit by systematically follow through process flow to gather evidences and findings.
5. Able to communicate well with auditee.
6. Possess right attitude and good discipline.
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Job description:-
1. To conduct audit as per audit schedule.
2. To raise NCR notice for non-conformity findings.
3. To serve NCR findings to auditees in timely manner.
4. To follow up NCR closer with the auditees.
5. To compile and tabulate number of NCRs monthly.
6. To advise and recommend good practices to auditees to reduce number of non-conformity findings.
7. To monitor and unsure pest and insect control operation are carried out by contractor as stated in pest control instruction.
8. Other assigned duties as required.
