Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION:
-To prepare tender documents and all relevant documents.
-To provide contract documents, budgets, quantity bills and documentation involved.
-To be able to calculate the quantity & cost especially through the drawing
-Responsible in requesting quotation for material purchase and for tendering procedures.
-To ensure proper evaluation and selection of supplier/sub-contractor.
-To verify progress claim (BQ) at site.
-To prepare Progress Claim and Progress Report and attend meeting with customer.
-To monitor costing control by monitoring the site work & progress.
-To prepare cost control for the project.
-To prepare Letter of Award to selected suppliers/sub-contractors and verify their claims of the project.
-To request and evaluate quotations on construction materials from potential.
-To formalize recommendations of purchase for the superior's approval.
-To coordinate with the supplier for the arrangement of the construction materials delivery to the site.
-To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by Project Manager.
