Job Responsibility* Experience in documenting processes, procedures and business requirement. Working on the requests provided by users. Prioritize Business Impact and Urgency requests provided by users.
* Priorotize Business Impact and Urgency requests. Gather requirements and convert requirement into use cases for development.
* Work with different business units across the company to understand their needs and help identify new predictions opportunities.
* Working on the Adhoc change requests, which are provided by BPM team across all the BPM Finance streams.
* Able to develop Report / Dashboard/ Mashup / Web Portal.
* Development of comprehensive solutions in QlikSense using QVD, CSV files. Fine tuning of data models and QVD data to minimize latency.
* Have a strong knowledge of database design techniques and strong skills ie SQL, SAP, Hive, Impala
* Strong Data Reporting and Visualization experience
* Proven skills in Business Intelligence analysis
* Building out Dashboard extension within Qlik Sense
* Experience with front- end design and Vusualization best practices.
* Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communications skills and to interpret technical material to clients.
* Sound analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are not readily defined.
* Experience working with Relational Databases like MS SQL Server, Hadoop and Oracle, etc.
* Experience in data analysis, trouble shooting, etc., by writing SQL statements and stored procedures
* Thorough understanding of star schema, facts, dimensions, infocubes, data marts for understanding and designing of data models as
needed.
* Creating Calculated Key Figures, input parameters, filters and other reporting components with minimal hard-coding and customization for scalability.
* Providing expert statistical guidance on suggesting appropriate statistical charts, graphs, diagrams etc. to design "single-glance" dashboards at executive level to comprehend full story.
* Recognize and understand business drivers required to be represented/accented within the QlikSense reports.
* Design reports using minimalist design (UI) style to navigate detailed aggregated reports and cross functional reports with minimal mouse clicks.
* Design each report with data and report dissemination and download ability respectively.
* Dashboard designing and visualizations must come naturally for optimum UI/UX experience.
* Ensure reports to be easily scalable and modifiable for future modifications.
* Leverage the optimum machine learning techniques for predictions to enhance revenue and reduce costs.
* Design, develop, and implement end to end machine learning production pipielines (data exploration, data preprocessing; feature engineering, model building, and performance evaluation).
* Setup and maintain code check -in/check-out system such as git-hub for each project.
* Present findings and defend predictions result and methods to peers and executives through effective data visualization techniques.
* Qlik Sense Certification is a plus
