Job Responsibility1) Carry out inspection on products diligently, as per company QMS Procedures and Quality Plan.
2) Report product conformance as per Company Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
3) Prepare product conformance report (COA) and ensure the accuracy of all information recorded.
4) Recommend / make decision on product withhold, release, reqork or reject by strictly following the
Compnay specification and management instructions.
5) On-time feedback to management on product quality status.
6) Responsible to lead and carry out any assignment and task delegated by superior.
